Attorney General & Commissioner for Justice, Ministry of Justice, Edo State. Professor Omorogbe is a graduate of the University of Ife and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1979. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration. Professor Omorogbe is the first African member of the Academic Advisory Group (AAG) of the Section on Energy Environment and infrastructure Law of the international Bar Association
Omowumi O. Iledare, Ph.D. currently occupies the professorial chair in oil and gas management endowed by Ghana National Petroleum Corporation at the Institute for Oil and Gas Studies, University of Cape Cost. He is Africa Region director and member of Board of Director of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International. Iledare serves Chirota and Emmanuel Egbogah distinguished professor of petroleum economics and executive director of Emmanuel Egbogah Foundation;he is the immediate past director of Emerald Energy Institute, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
UCHE COLLINS NWOGWUGWU is a professor of Economics at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State. He began his study of Economics at Ahmadu Bello University where he received his bachelor's degree in 1988. Professor NWOGWUGWU is a regular participant in academic and policy debates. His research ranges from energy access, Public policy analysis, consumer behaviour, games and decision theory. He has over 65 journal papers in local and international outlets.
